Installint mods works difderent in vic2 than in eu4 and ck2(dunno about hoi3). As you cant install using the documents folder and finding the game thereTo install it you must go to your steam folder, or where ever your steam games folder is(mine is on the D drive). Then find your victoria2 game folder and go to mod. Drop/ copy the.mod and same named folder in there and youre good to go.A tip i can give is deleting your map cache if the mod changes anything regarding to nation positiins and provinces, do this by going to the map folder inside yoir victoria2 folder and delete thr cache folder.So for example you find your victoria2 folder by right clicking vic2 in tour steam library and selecting properties(i think, the same window you verify the integrety) and click show game folder and find the mod and cache folder.
